Books sold through heidikinney.com are fulfilled through a third-party printing and distribution partner. Because books are printed on demand, all sales are considered final.

Returns

At this time, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery at heidi@heidikinney.com. Include your order number and a photo of the issue so I can assist you with a replacement or refund when applicable.
